Crossroads Deli & Catering has been a neighborhood staple for well over 2 decades. They are a deli that dishes up different types of sandwiches like grilled cheeses and wraps. However, they are most famously known for their Fat Bubba wrap. 

Their Fat Bubba wrap consists of chicken, bacon, creamy mac and cheese, and BBQ sauce, all wrapped together in a warm tortilla. While the ingredients may sound fatty and excessive, they come together surprisingly well. The crunchiness of the chicken and bacon balances the softness of the mac and cheese, while the BBQ sauce ties everything together. Setting up your bites to combine all the ingredients at once will make your experience of eating the Fat Bubba much more supreme. 

One feigning customer who attends Cresskill High School, Arman Ozhan, summed it up best, saying, “It’s messy, it’s heavy, but it’s worth every bite. Although it may not be the healthiest option on the menu, the Fat Bubba has earned its reputation as a go-to comfort food.
