Rom-Com Review

Rom-Coms, short for romantic comedies, is a genre of film portraying a love story with a comedic air. The genre gained its popularity in the 1930s, but some people attribute its upbringing to the great playwright, William Shakespeare, and some of his plays such as Much Ado about Nothing, whose film adaptation you can see is listed below, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

In this article I will be giving a brief opinion on a few popular romantic comedies. I hope you will find my opinions useful and use this article as a guide for your romcom watchlist.
